Customer Support Associate
Current• Respond concurrently to customers' queries in live chat and respond to customer-submitted email requests in a timely manner through Zendesk.• Guide customers through questions and resolve any issues with their Account, Billing, Google Workspace, and Domains. • Continually learn about new product features and improvements implemented related to the Squarespace platform. • Identifying and researching non-standard customer experiences and escalate various issues, as appropriate.• Independently meet metrics across Quality, Productivity and Customer Satisfaction, in email and live chat on a weekly and monthly basis.
