I had to make sure any sets were getting done, make sure all product was on the floor, and providing exceptional customer service. I had managerial type responsibilities and was occasionally acting manager on the sales floor. I assisted with customer issues and drove product sales in my department. I was able to backup any department that needed help and could sell any product.
