AgilityHealth helped to identifying team & organizational impediments via a team lead quarterly retrospective and gather key data from individuals by completing different surveys provided to them based on their team's purpose at their organization. Agilityhealth would then display areas of opportunities that the teams used to create action plans to remove impediments, increase their skill levels or provide clarity on what they needed from their leadership team to be more successful in their roles. I provided my product teams with prioritization of work, gathered requirements for feature development, broke down large epics of work to easy-to-manage stories and facilitated meetings between several different teams throughout all departments of Agile Transformation. I also took part in our discovery process which allowed me to gain valuable feedback on functionality & design needs for AgilityHealth. I would then work with our discovery team that consisted of leaders & designers to develop new designs and engage our stakeholders in the review & sign off process prior to handing work off to the development teams. As a subject matter expert, I also lead the customer support team and assisted with ticket reviews, incident investigations, general functionality questions and managed the priority of work-to-be done as it related to client issues.
