I have taken on the responsibility of the Cutting Tool Engineer, which I designing and produce or specialty tooling for our brown and sharp and six spindle New Britain screw machines using Opticam Classic wire and an Agie Charmilles Classic cut V2 EDM.

Set up and In process quality inspection, on 6 spindle screw machines, Swiss, and cnc. Using tool such as Oasis inspection system, Deltonic shadow comparator, Fowler vertical Trims, as well as basic inspection tools like micrometers, and calipers.

• Managing anywhere from 3 to 20 people on a daily basis.
• Managing daily work schedules.
• Work personally with established Temporary employer on daily bases to meet production goals.
• Working with the transition team that liquidated and moved production from an out of state facility.
• Implementing standard work to help assemble, test and benchmark new product.
• Helped new employees to read and get a basic understanding of manufacturing prints.

• Managing anywhere from 6 to 40 people on a daily basis.
• Managing daily work schedules
• Resolving issues within supply line/parts and employee problem resolutions.
• Working with the 5S, Six Sigma, and CPS (Caterpillars take on Toyota's Production Systems).
• Writing and auditing Standard work.
• Taught others to read and attain a basic understanding of manufacturing prints.
