Kyle is no stranger to hard work. He has had many leadership roles including Maori Head Boy at Nelson College, Student Council rep, Mentor for 3rd forms and Haka Leadership. He has captained various rugby club and representative teams in the Nelson Bays region. He has the ability to draw peoples attention and discuss topics though of on the spot in depth. He was the regional Nga Manu Korero Speech competition champion from 2010 - 2014 in the junior english, senior english impromptu and senior english prepared sections. He competed at a National level from 2011-2014 gaining a highest placing of 3rd in the senior english impromptu section also gaining a 3rd overall placing. Kyle has recently achieved a degree in Bachelor of Science at Waikato University. Previous achievements and qualifications include Diploma in Marine studies - BOP Polytechnic, Divemaster - PADI, First Aid level 2 - St John, DAN oxygen administration - DAN 02, Dayskippers ticket. A passion for the Marine environment and Te Reo me ona Tikanga!!. Currently looking for Marine Biology based full time work.
