My primary responsibility entails quickly and efficiently filing insurance claims while providing a positive experience for Kubota customers. My responsibilities include supporting our dealer partners in the insurance licensing process, daily reconciliation of premium payments, assisting dealers on floor plan claims, and processing salvage equipment to auction.

I am responsible for all retail finance sales at Big Red's Equipment. I manage the process from initial application submission to finalizing loan documentation for funding. I work to onboard financiers that will maximize Big Red's retail credit approvals and ultimately increase sales. I am also responsible for creating and improving metrics for the finance department to assist the General Manager in decision making.

My primary responsibility consisted of reviewing mortgage insurance policies, specifically flood, for errors and providing resolution in a timely manner.

I assisted customers in their lease end process for large trucks. I also funded deals which required close cooperation with credit buyers through ensuring dealer documentation and funding terms were met.
