After completing a degree in Media Production, I worked for over 10 years in retail and hospitality, developing leadership skills, customer management and business acumen. In 2021 I started working as a Business Operations Manager where I have so far implemented a new central hub for the team to communicate and manage time better, a handbook to help teach and reinforce best practice and overseen large scale projects for high level clients including the Cabinet Office, MOD and NHS.
