I currently work as an IT Desktop Support Technician Level III at Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga. I've had an interest in electronics ever since I was a kid. When I was in High School as was already upgrading and troubleshooting PCs. I studied Computer Science at Bryan College and also Network Management at Chattanooga State Community College. I built my first PC my freshman year from scratch and have built countless PCs since then. Most of my PC experience have been with Windows and Ubuntu Linux operating systems.I've worked contract jobs for setting up small networks for both a small business as well as many home wireless networks. I worked at Office Depot as a Senior Sales Consultant where I was leader in sales and also the Technology expert for my team where I would repair PCs for customers.In the past I worked IS Service Desk at Blue Cross Blue Shield of TN and later went on to work as an IT Operations Support Analyst.I now work as a IT Desktop Support Tech level III at Erlanger hospital where I support and repair PCs onsight and remotely for clients.
