As a Service Account Executive I am responsible for developing preventive maintenance contracts tailored to meet our customers’ requirements. I also identify, through customer dialogue, the need for upgrades and mechanical retrofits. My assessment of the facility can potentially save concerned parties money and mechanical break-down inconvenience. I am also responsible for developing new relationships and introducing our services and value to potential customers. Our company provides design, engineering and construction for Facility Solutions, including HVAC system applications, service and maintenance, sheet metal fabrication and Facility Solutions projects for commercial, institutional, industrial, agricultural, health care, food and beverage processing facilities. We are USGBC accredited and certified in green building design, construction and operations.
