• Create complete set of construction documents for various retail clients (e.g. Wal-Mart, BJ’s, and Texas Roadhouse). Documents include: Cover Sheet, General Notes, Demolition Plans, Site plans, Grading & Drainage Plans, Utility Plans, Erosion Control Plans and Construction Details.• Prepare Site Investigation Reports/Feasibility Studies for various commercial developments.
