Working in an Agile framework, I am aligned to a marketing pod within the Vanguard Institutional Investor Group. Our pod works to discover, define, create, and test content and collateral for the product: Vanguard Retirement Plan Access. VRPA is a defined contribution offer available to small and midsized businesses with up to 50M in retirement plan assets. I utilize training and experience in facilitation of design thinking group work using digital whiteboard and video conference tools. Through discovery and ideation work I help to set strategy for content development that is based on insights discovered, and measurable through qualitative/ quantitative analysis. This work helps to identify gaps in our demand generation strategy, and assures that we are solving for the right problems. I produce all design collateral for the VRPA product.
