Develop, execute, and evaluate Umass Dartmouths advancement campaign to enhance long-term financial growth and capacity from donors. Identify, qualify and solicit local and national donors to secure financial support, targeting corporations, local small businesses, alumni and community members. Interpret financial data and generate reports for analyzing donor contributions. Engage with donors in the South Coast Massachusetts region to establish and cultivate donor relationships.

Meet with caseloads of TRIO students and families to promote, educational and career opportunities and success post graduation. Host career, college, and financial literacy workshops for students and parents to comprehend our educational system and college process. Advise on FAFSA and other financial-related documents for students and families. Collaborate with guidance counselors, vice principals, principals, and other educational professionals in Fall River for occupational benefits. Recruit new students to our program.

Provide direct patient care and supervision through group, and individual counseling in accordance with treatment plan and communication with clinicians and patient's families. Build rapport with each resident to lead community activities and manage complex patient situations with suicide prevention in regards to their mental illness, including suicidal ideation, and depression. Promote “Dialectical Behavioral Therapy”.

Recruited and managed affinity groups on and off campus. Supervised undergraduate crimson ambassador students. Collaborated with University Advancement and Alumni and Engagement staff to host and raise funds for alumni events.

Empowered young leaders from Africa through advising Academic coursework, site visits, leadership training, and networking opportunities in America. Advised in-class work with African leaders pertaining to public leadership.

Learned fundraising and recruiting strategies from the Director of Annual Giving, the Senior Advancement Officer, and Major gifts Officers. Worked with University Advancement to ensure capital campaign, university fundraising requirements, and all donors' amounts are met.

Graduate student role that networked and coordinated with the Dean and executive boards in Graduate Student Services for the promotional, occupational, and academic benefits of being a graduate student at BSU. Advised graduate students on career workshops and opportunities. Recruited new graduate students to our organization, doubling our original membership number.

Engaged with state senators and meetings pertaining to mission success. Organized and attended public events, staff/community meetings. Engaged actively with locals and networkedwith public officials for public outreach communications and fundraising for the runoffs. Lead groups of members door to door in accordance to meeting the voting quota of local citizens each day.

Networked and gained progressive political campaign work, campaign research analysis, campaign operations, strategic planning in classes and database management for poll projections using Microsoft Office. Promoted volunteer engagement in weekly staff meetings with Senator's campaign, while marketing mission statement, encouraging and calling potential voters in Arizona using Advantage and Red dialer.

Served in a volunteer, recruitment committee from 2017-2020 and elected as chairman for the 2018-2019 academic year. Responsible for successfully meeting recruitment quota’s, interviewing and selecting new members, and hosting marketing events on and off campus. Advised members on how to raise funds annually towards our Huntsman Cancer Foundation. Nationally raised 10 million dollars in 5 years in 2019 towards women's cancer care and pledged to raise 20 million more within 7 years.

A Phonathon Ambassador identified and built relationships with potential donors in person or by telephone using learning strategies. Used computers and systems to program, process information, enter contact data and record donation funds received to use towards annual fund and capital campaign for BSU. Promoted resources such as student emergency fund and scholarship resources to prospective donors. Received over $10,000 for our student emergency fund.
