I worked as the head instructor for the Winter Park Technical College Culinary Program for eight years. My program consists of three separate levels of curriculum, while reaching 150 students each year. I managed the lesson planning, content creating, oversaw budgeting, daily operations in both the classroom and kitchen areas.
