As a consultant primarily serving Sempra Utilities and San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E) I am responsible for supporting data-driven analysis and decision-making in procurement logistics. I develop and assist in opportunities for procurement optimization and cost reduction. -Lead the creation and processing of all Work Authorization Forms (WAF) between SDG&E and Southland Electric for all security and fiber projects. -Efficiently code and process all Southland Electric invoices in SAP for prompt payment. -Track all Southland Electric WAFs and invoices in the WAF tracker report in order to ensure each SDG&E PO has sufficient funding and has not been over invoiced. -Maintain the internal order matrix report for the SDG&E and SoCal Gas IT team. -Optimize and refresh the Fiber Projects Power BI dashboard for SDG&E.-Maintain the timekeeping work order and internal order system for 4Liberty and SDG&E so employees can accurately bill their billable hours.

Responsible for enhancing the planning process to ensure continuous and efficient supply of finished goods through Constellation’s (CBI) Wine & Spirits (W&S) supply chain. This supports the development, implementation, and sustainment of cross-functional S&OE and production plan reporting and works to minimize working capital costs by optimizing stock levels and managing risks and opportunities resulting from supply chain variability.-Responsible for the accurate creation of the CBI domestic W&S production plan; including AOP and variance plan. Contains >40 unique fine wine & craft spirit brands, >20 unique production facilities, and >20M total cases of production per fiscal year. This report is distributed across the CBI W&S division and to senior leadership on a monthly basis. -Maintains and optimizes finished goods inventory safety stock coverage across CBI's several shipping facilities to align with the goals of the business. Adds coverage to new items and utilizes statistical forecast error methods (MAPE) to rebalance coverage on a monthly basis, reducing excess inventory. -Tracks and reports on all New Product Developments (NPD) projects upcoming in the near-term production cycle; 12 weeks forward. For example, managed the successful launch of wines like Meiomi Bright Low Alcohol Pinot Noir & Prisoner/Blindfold Blanc de Noir-Identified all old Robert Mondavi Private Selection (RMPS) wine inventory in the CBI supply network, in order to assist running the inventory out as we transitioned the brand to Vint by Robert Mondavi. This project/report helped the business not carry excess RMPS inventory by the target transition date for each SKU.-Tracks when all vintaged wines will actually begin shipping the next vintage from CBI shipping facilities, given total network inventory of the previous vintage still yet to be shipped. This information assists the brand, sales, and operations teams communicate the true date of the next available vintage to our customers.

Responsible for managing and monitoring all inventory transactions and analyzing all inventory discrepancies at Woodbridge Winery. In addition, I am responsible for providing analytics tracking & schedule attainment/stability reporting to internal and external business partners and senior/executive management.-Transitioned Woodbridge Winery's legacy ERP system, JD Edwards, to SAP S/4 Hana. Monitored and cleansed the transition of wine master data (Material BOMs, run rates, resources, etc.) to the new system. -Responsible for the daily creation, processing, verification, and distribution of wine process orders across our multiple bottling lines (1.5L, 750mL, Tetra, Can, Sparkling, Bag-in-Box and Mobile Bottling Line).-Assists the senior master planner in 12-week bottling schedule creation and maintenance. -Collaborates with winemaking, dry goods procurement, operations, and warehouse teams to ensure wine is processed and dry goods are acquired for efficient just-in-time bottling; reducing downtime.
