Kyle is always straightforward, pragmatic and candid but he balances this well with being constructive, supportive and solution oriented. The result is that both faculty and staff respond well to Kyle’s coaching and guidance. Through his leadership Kyle has always been successful at amplifying his own excellence by inspiring growth and performance in others. That is the heart of leadership.
