CurrentFamily Office Real Estate Portfolio with operations consisting of:-Asset and Property Management -Tenant Management -New Acquisitions -Ongoing Projects and Improvements-Technology and Systems (Overhaul and Management)-Process and Efficiencies -New Construction -Historic and Credit Commissions-3rd party coordination and management -Consolidation and Diversification of Assets Over 350 doors comprised of single family residential, multi-family residential, storage and commercial properties. All assets owned and operated by the family office entirely. I took on a 1 year project to step in and focus on the software and technology, the overall state of the portfolio (identify any and all weak points), what current opportunities are worth aggressively pursuing and what goals and future opportunities are worth planning for. The main goal was to come in and help each property within each entity of the portfolio to operate at its full potential, as the family office looks to move towards the next phase of the plan. While the overall goal remains the same, to maintain and operate all properties in ownership, the end goal continues to grow with the size and state of the portfolio.
