I took on a 1 year project to step in and focus on the software and technology, the overall state of the portfolio (identify any and all weak points), what current opportunities are worth aggressively pursuing and what goals and future opportunities are worth planning for. The main goal was to come in and help each property within each entity of the portfolio to operate at its full potential, as the family office looks to move towards the next phase of the plan. While the overall goal remains the same, to maintain and operate all properties in ownership, the end goal continues to grow with the size and state of the portfolio.
