Manufacture detailed aerospace precision metal parts.- Responsible for interpreting engineering drawings, and performing machine set-up, this includes: uploading the NC program into CNC machine, tool set-up, fixture set-up, part loading, altering CNC code, maintaining machine, measuring parts, verifying dimensions and finish using QA equipment, lastly, applying machine offsets accordingly for continuous operation.- Set-up on lathes and mills based off work instructions- Inspect, operate, and calibrate micrometers and calipers- Set up and use height gauges, bore gauges, gauge pins, visual comparators, microscopes, and profilometers

Manage up to 5 crew members, create budget and schedule for jobs. Perform general landscaping tasks and work alongside crew members. Speak to costumers and develop costumer relationships.
