- Create lines of communication with subcontractors on the project and begin overall project schedules, submittals, and material orders to prepare for site mobilization.- Process RFIs.- Manage the schedule and project budget.- Price up project change orders for unforeseen conditions and design changes.- Process monthly invoices.- Project estimator: Price up own in-house work as well as reach out to various subcontractors and vendors, in order to provide competitive proposals to our clients. - Site superintendent: Act as the onsite superintendent, oversee all onsite construction tasks to ensure that the project progresses smoothly and efficiently.
