Oversaw LLNL’s development of a Long Wave Infrared (LWIR) spectrometer for Exelis, repairing a damaged relationship and overcoming technical challenges. Captured and managed a JIEDDO-funded program that demonstrated the spectrometer’s effectiveness for detecting signs of IED placement. Captured and managed a contract to develop payload concepts for follow-ons to the Space Tracking and Surveillance System program.
