Kyle Schoppmann serves as President of CBRE’s Mid-Atlantic markets, which include Virginia, Maryland and Washington, D.C. Kyle oversees the day-to-day strategic direction, performance and growth of the Mid-Atlantic for CBRE’s Advisory business and more than 600 employees. CBRE is the leading provider of commercial real estate services globally, and a Fortune 122 company that has been ranked among the World’s Most Admired companies by Fortune Magazine.With more than 20 years’ experience in change management, sales strategy and professional development, Kyle is focused on elevating talent, strategy, performance and client service across the Mid-Atlantic. A former PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM partner, she relocated to Washington, D.C. in December 2017 from New York, where she was a part of CBRE’s Tri-State region leadership team for 11 years, the last six years as executive managing director. Kyle is a part of CBRE’s global Executive Inclusion Council, a senior leadership team committed to enabling CBRE’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy. She is also a member of Leadership Greater Washington (Class of 2019), Federal City Council and currently serves on the Board for the Economic Club of Washington, D.C. She is a Founding Member of the Washington, D.C.
