•Responsible for the organization and execution of reset and remodel work for various projects that clients request to better market their products. •Accountable for the mentoring and training co-workers who are new to the company. •Observe and report data pertaining to outdated products, unbalanced stock, out-of-stock situations, and point of purchase requirements to Unit Manager. •Partner with store personnel and co-workers to achieve and maintain merchandising excellence, discuss changes, and build an efficient working and retail environment. •Taken the team lead role in many retail projects. •Effectively and accurately work with web-based applications.
