• Supervisor over ticket sellers, assist them with customer service issues.• Assist in day-to-day ticket office operations.• Assist in selling and payment processing of tickets for season, single, and group tickets.• Create and develop new and ongoing business and sales relationships.• Provide in-person and over the phone customer service to anyone with ticketing problems.• Perform work through our ticketing database, ProVenue, to sell tickets and provide seating questions.• Have full knowledge of all game day policies, procedures and stadium facts.• Write-up and create contracts for different event spaces.

I stock my sections as well as asking customers if they have any questions and doing whatever is needed around the store. I also work the cash register.

I help out with any task that is needed around the field during the game. If anybody needs anything I am on it grabbing or doing whatever i can to help. I will work with the clean up crew after games, work with the fan information booth during the game and/or field maintenance including prepping the field before the game as well as getting it ready for the next day once the game is over.
