I support leaders and organizations to maximize their potential and impact. Through professional development sessions, facilitating exec and/or team retreats, strengths-based leadership coaching tailored to each leader's development areas and priorities, and site visits for on-the-ground coaching, I support leaders and team members so that they intentionally make their mission and vision a reality.

Coached, managed and supported the principals of six schools (three elementary, two middle, one high); led leadership development cohorts across the district; collaborated with other regional leaders as part of the district senior leadership team.

Worked alongside community leaders and with an incredibly talented staff to found a kindergarten through eighth grade school (KIPP Norcal's first elementary school), which was recognized as one of the Bay Area's top open enrollment schools for low income students.

Transitioned as the successor leader of KIPP San Francisco Bay Academy, a top performing middle school in the Western Addition neighborhood.

Transitioned to lead KIPP McDonogh 15 Primary, grades PreK through fourth grade, a top performing open enrollment school in New Orleans

At KIPP McDonogh 15, led the second through fourth grades and taught third grade math

As a sixth grade writing teacher, helped found a PreK through eighth grade school in Houston for families who evacuated New Orleans due to Katrina; transitioned back to New Orleans to help found KIPP McDonogh 15, teaching 6th and 7th grade math

As a work study job at Emory University, assisted in a pre-K classroom part time.
