Formerly Damco Inc. [Freight Forwarding Division]Led creation, onboarding, and implementation of end-to-end process procedures for ocean services within North American District. Successfully connected multi-cultural, double-edged product to simplify cargo movement with intent on customer satisfaction and internal productivity gains.

Implemented and enforced all policies and procedures for the 12-person Ocean Export team in the Charlotte District. Supported approximately 15 Key Clients with annual volume of 3,400 containers on yearly basis. Onboarded new customers and participated with SOP creation. Participated in QBR and YBR with Key Clients to improve partnership.

Responsible for training and onboarding new hires for both Air and Ocean export teams. Mastered FMC, IATA, and CTPAT regulations and accomplished Hazmat certifications in Air, Ocean, and Domestic shipping.
