I can always remember when I received amazing customer service and actually felt like someone cared about what I needed, not just what would make them the most money. The most obvious example is when I bought my wife and I's first home and the real estate agent at the time helped us understand the importance of making sure we loved it as a home, not just a house. I strive to embrace that experience in all my interactions with people and provide a consumer focused approach to everything I do. Throughout my experience I have honed my communication skills and pride myself in my ability to understand what my client or customer really wants and needs so I can then provide them with an unbeatable experience and build a lasting relationship to help provide for what they need in the future. I am excited to leverage this ability and my previous experiences providing excellent customer service and experiences to help others find their homes and enrich their lives.
