In July of 2014, I was hired on as a contractor to Comcast Spotlight as a Traffic Coordinator. In this role , I was assigned a sales office in Seattle where I determined which commercials they bought didn't run the day before, added copy instructions and linked commercials to current orders and scheduled commercials for the next day. After performing this role as a contractor for about 6 months I was added on as a full time employee in December of 2014. In August of 2014, I became a Sports Lead in addition to my normal workload. In this role, I became responsible for hand placing high priority sports commercials into live sporting events with help from the Sports Specialists in Portland and Seattle. As a reward for my hard work, I was promoted to a Traffic Coordinator 2 in March of 2016.

In December of 2013, I was promoted to Marketing Assistant at Canyon Building and Design. In this position, my responsibilities included several tasks. First, I was responsible for updating the company's resumes for every Project Manager and Superintendent along with the total Five Year Project History of the company. Second, I made marketing packages specific for each client. These marketing packages ranged from 1 page introductory package to a 20 page package explaining Canyon's process of building. The work to complete these packages include taking pictures of past projects, writing all of the prose in the package and formatting the package on Adobe Acrobat. The third task I was responsible for was the company newsletters. Starting in April, I was responsible for creating a two page monthly newsletter detailing all of the important news and notes of the company. I was responsible for both writing the content and creating the format.

In May of 2013, I began working at Canyon Building and Design as a administrative assistant specializing in project closeout. My primary responsibilities for closeout coordination were contacting each subcontractor for each project and get them to turn their closeout documents. As I received the documents, I put organized them in a three ring binder which would get delivered to the owner upon its completion. In addition to closeout coordination, I also organized documents and plans on cloud sharing sites, updated our bidder's list, scanned plans and represented the company at a networking event.

Beginning in March of 2013, I joined Office Team, a staffing service, where I was contracted to several companies for temporary administrative assistant help. Some of the duties I performed for these companies included taking inventory, filing, data entry and office moving. These temporary assignments eventually led to a permanent position at Canyon Building and Design.
