Supporting an Environment of 700+ users.Responsibilities-Roles include;- User Administration using Active Directory. Management of a database of 700+ Users- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills- Adhering to an SLA Driven Environment - Knowledge of Exchange 2010 and Office 365/2010- Remote Support of Printers- Customer Service and Communication skills.- Management of McAfee / Symantec Encryption Softwares and VPN Clients.- Telephony Management using shoretel to configure telephony lines and Call Groups.- Hardware Builds and configuration / Imaging of Desktops, Laptops, and Mobile Phones using Windows OS, IOS, and OSX- Providing 2nd level support to the first line team, consultants, colleagues and external clients.- Deploying and Managing Windows 10 / 7 Using Enterprise Services (SCCM)- Providing training to 1st line support colleagues.- Knowledge of NTFS File System(s) - Experience working with Citrix Environments
