• Oversee all construction processes and approaches to ensure the project consistently advances in safety, quality, timeliness, and budget compliance• Work in coordination with the Senior Project Manager to establish production budgets, and project schedules while developing and implementing project strategies for site mobilization and utilization, covering the setup of site services, temporary utilities, waste management, and security measures• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, layout technicians, assistant superintendents, and self- perform teams, while accurately coding onsite expenses and monitoring productivity with an emphasis on managing overall budget costs• Oversee the status of all materials and equipment, including lead times and those obtained by subcontractors, while fostering collaborative relationships with subcontractors, owners, architects, and engineers.• Keep a detailed daily log and inform the Project Manager of significant events, including site activities, deliveries of materials and equipment, quality control issues, staffing concerns, and safety matters

• Manage and track a staff of 62 on a daily basis to achieve optimal production rates• Coordinate and prioritize with Maintenance Department to ensure machinery is functioning properly and reliability plan is achieved• Train and educate all employees regarding GP Safety Vision and drive a culture of safety• Track and interpret production data to ensure optimal production envelope• Oversee two supervisors to ensure all employee paperwork is completed accurately and on time• Process all departmental accounting

• Manage all aspects of a small business including, accounting, payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, estimating and budgeting• Maintain customer satisfaction by monitoring quality of work, timeliness of work, and effective communication• Supervision of multiple crews on multiple jobsites

• Develop project budget and track budget throughout project to stay within or come in under budget at completion• Ensure project is completed on time and meets customer’s satisfaction• Coordinate with senior site personnel on daily basis• Maximize profit by lowering costs and increasing revenue basis thru change orders• Handle the contractual aspects of the project• Process monthly pay applications from subcontractors to the owner• Receive, review for compliance, and process submittals and shop drawings• Develop and maintain overall project schedule• Purchase and schedule all materials used in the building process• Develop and monitor scope of work for the project• Facilitate the flow of information from owner or owner’s representative to the superintendent and subcontractors
