• Present Paychex products and services in-person to final decision makers and end users withinassigned territory and client size to achieve unit goals.• Schedule appointments and visits to potential and current referral sources to secure referrals.• Analyze the customer needs and interests to determine which products are appropriate andrefers to appropriate party when necessary.• Expedite the resolution of customer problems or complaints to the appropriate channels to en-sure client satisfaction.• Complete and submit accurate new business paperwork, expense reports, and weekly activityreports by agreed upon dates set by Sales management to assist with forecasting.• Prospect for new clients and new referral sources utilizing a variety of methods, such as tele-phone, direct mail, seminars, current client visits, or other local marketing programs directedby Sales management.• Build Relationships with CPA’s, Banks, and Current Clients to maximize referrals.
