As an associate product developer at Harry & David, I apply my 10+ years of experience in food manufacturing and my passion for culinary science to create innovative and delicious food products that delight our customers. I use scientific methods and culinary techniques to design, test, and optimize recipes, ingredients, and packaging, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance standards.I also leverage my skills in data analysis, sensory evaluations, training, and employee engagement to support the continuous improvement and quality assurance of our products and processes. Previously, I worked as a process improvement coordinator and a sensory food technologist at Amy's Kitchen, where I contributed to the development and improvement of natural and organic food products. I have currently completed a master's degree in food science and management from Washington State University, to enhance my knowledge and skills in the field. I enjoy cooking and developing new recipes in my free time and love to play music.
