I served 4 years as a Infantry Mortarman in the United States Marine Corps. I am currently in the process of transitioning out of the Marines and I will be attending the Southeast Lineman Training Center next year. I have attended countless leadership seminars and possess critical skills thinking as well as becoming a Squad Leader overseeing the wellbeing and accountability of four Marines and their gear, including the care and accurate use of a 81mm Mortar from my time serving in the Infantry, I was also responsible for the training of the Marines under my charge. I have been the sole representative for the loading and overseeing for loading and securing $750,000 worth of military equipment, ammunition, and medical supplies while on deployment in the Philippines. I am eager and determined to learn and I'm looking forward to becoming a proficient lineman in my field and I am looking forward to work with a team and learn from my supervisors to meet a common goal.
