CurrentResponsible for managing the parts departments at all 7 of our locations spread throughout PA, NJ, DE, MD, and NY. My responsibilities include guiding our incredible team of parts professionals to be customer service driven, while providing the most time efficient and profitable means of delivering the required parts to the customer. Financial and inventory forecasting. Creating and implementing policies and procedures. Overseeing inventory values, stocking quantity parameters, & standard and obsolescence returns in order to increase stock order efficiency, inventory turn ratios and fill rates.
