• Provided a 3.4K Sq. ft. upfit for Atrium office personnel, securing the first Atrium project and helping to launch an entire medical division resulting in 20+ projects across Novant, Caromont, and Atrium

• Oversaw the on-site performance for projects upwards of $20M, coordinating the subcontractors' concerning assignments, reviewing submittals and plans, and ensuring alignment with no gaps, supporting organizational cost.
