Responsible for working with internal recruiting to provide qualified staff for our Professional Services engagements. Additional responsibilities include developing a strategy and plan to handle future growth in the various technical verticals through capacity planning, training, and process improvement. While also providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the engineers as they execute their assigned engagements.RESPONSIBILITIES:• Provide leadership to the WWT engineering team both internal and contractor• Provide staffing and utilization management for Professional Services engagements• Perform capacity planning for the pipeline of engineering engagements• Coach and mentor engineering staff on Professional Services best practices • Serve as the engineering management escalation path to customers• Build, maintain, and utilize subcontract relationships• Complete performance evaluations for engineering personnel• Ensure compliance with WWT’s Delivery Methodology• Evaluate processes and recommend changes to drive higher quality and profitability

Assist Local PS Leadership with Team Coordination and TrackingMaintain resource calendar and coordinate with other areas for resource requests and staffing.Maintain training plans for delivery team members.Coordinate training classes for the region.Monitor and manage time card and expense compliance for area team members.Resume standardization: Maintaining ‘RFP Ready’ resumes for team.Review and track utilization for Delivery ManagerReview and track time reporting for accuracy.Portfolios and Bios: Maintaining and Updating Portfolios and Bios.Maintain a register that lists all engineers, their technology, location, phone number, email, and Certifications.Gap Analysis between Weekly Utilization of Oracle schedule and Project Manager/Program Manager forecasts.Review WSR’s for risk to enter into the Risk Log.Update and Maintain Engineers schedules based on PTO, project changes, and trainings.Write and review training offer letters.Track progress of training and CertificationsMaintain Oracle Employee Competencies – Training on entering competencies into Oracle. Tracking submissions based on timelines.Scheduling – Review schedule in Oracle vs. schedules provided by Project and Program Managers.Resource Requests – Review projects with requested staffing. Contact necessary Manager to determine whether a project is staffed in order to remove the request from the list.Assist with RMA processingAssist with general office administrationAssist with travel coordinationPlan and coordinate team meetings/seminars/VSE/Culture events/outings.Maintain Org Charts/Email Distribution ListsUpdate and Maintain, track Customer Delight lettersAssisting with training workshops/coordination and certification renewalsAssisting with Tech shows/eventsAssist with new hire onboarding and in-processing

• Tracking documentation deliverables for multiple Project Managers.• Following up with PMs and Engineers on documentation deliverables.• Putting together the documentation binders.• Posting the documentation on a Sharepoint Server.• Gathering documentation from the customer, such as facilities drawings.• Organizing photos and archive documentation.• Booking travel for Engineers and PMs.• Expense report assistance for team members• Other admin and documentation tasks as identified. Excellent understanding of financial processes; ability to understand, analyze and create financial reports• Working knowledge of both the theoretical and practical aspects of project management• Ability to work independently and aggressively track to project timelines• Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail• Ability to communicate well with customers and co-workers• Experience in effectively influencing and leading personnel and the ability to write business reports in a well-organized manner• Strong team skills• Strong problem solving skills• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
