• Write scripts, concepts, and pitches for production.• Manage copy for website and proposals.• Direct and coordinate animation team.• Conceive, pitch, write, and produce animated narratives• Deliver scripts, direction, and edits to voice talent.• Facilitate and manage graphic designers and illustrators.• Supervise sound engineer and talent during ADR sessions.• Provide quality control for all scripts, audio, art boards, and audio deliverables produced.• Directly engage with and serve client needs through email, zoom, phone calls, and creative review sessions.

Ominous Media was founded in 2018 by storytellers Kyle Stück and Noah Baslé, two friends bound by creativity and the pursuit of evocative and entertaining content.Noah and Kyle are currently focused on two comic book properties: Evil Cast, a horror buddy comedy, and Wine & Beasts, a fantasy adventure in the vein of Redwall and The Princess Bride.Along with that, Kyle and Noah also host two podcasts. The first, Humming Fools, chronicles their personal struggles as artists and features conversations with other creatives from all walks of life. The second, The Night Shift, features humorous and thoughtful critiques of all things horror, old and new, for die-hard fans and newcomers alike.

• Collaborate with multiple departments to fulfill storytelling needs.• Work closely with the Director of Marketing to propel the organization's brand forward.• Shoot and edit video for a variety of marketing deliverables.
• Write and record voice-over materials for both internal and external use.
• Schedule, record, edit, and conduct interviews with a multitude of clients, both in-person and remotely.

• Assist DIY Clients with project creation and editing.• Consistently monitor the progress and effectiveness of active projects.• Ensure data quality for DIY Agent submissions.• Assist other departments when needed (app testing, video editing, job building, etc.).

• Assist in the creation of video content for the jbu.edu website and JBUNOW video channel.• Partake in and contribute to creative brainstorm sessions.• Be flexible in non-linear video editing software.• Set up a basic video shoot/interview.

• Meet and collaborate with Media Team through daily brainstorm sessions.• Prioritize and manage multiple video projects in different stages of production.• Transition between writing, editing, directing, or shooting depending on need.• Build and execute passion project (short film) from the ground up.
