These industries include financial services, advertising/printing, auctioneers, law enforcement and criminal justice, promotional products, and real estate professionals. My education and primary discipline is software engineering. Through the various stops in my career I have also gained vast experience in cloud infrastructure management, database management, integrations, vendor relations, data analysis, ETL operations, redundancy and disaster recovery, and network architecture.My primary goals as a solutions architect is to create clean, testable, manageable solutions that can be refactored and extended to meet future needs. I have found that these aspects are key to a successful project from all perspectives: developer productivity and job satisfaction, software stability and reliability, and return on investment for the project sponsor. As a manager/leader/mentor/coach, I've found that the best solutions are created by teams that are focused, engaged, and supported. I have a passion for building successful teams and helping individuals grow their skillset.
