Kyle Swanton is a Reliability, Maintainability and System Health Engineer supporting multiple Boeing programs. He welcomes technical challenges and enjoys advancing the state-of-the-art.Kyle's engineering passion formed at Missouri S&T and Iowa State University, where he graduated with Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering, respectively. His free time at school was spent "off-roading" with the school Baja SAE design team or organizing fundraising events for the American Red Cross.His engineering profession began in a rotational program with John Deere where he held full-time engineering roles in design, test, and systems engineering. After completing the program, Kyle applied his newly formed technical knowledge and diverse perspectives to a full-time role as a Drivetrain Systems Analyst, where he performed modeling and analysis of electrified drivetrain systems.Today, Kyle is proud to be a part of the enthusiastic and capable Boeing team. He performs reliability studies and manages projects that target first-time quality and promote Boeing's sustainable future. Outside of work he enjoys balancing guitar with the rewarding, and sometimes chaotic, contest that is raising a family.Kyle finds engineering's "people" side just as fulfilling as its mechanisms and circuitry, and is eager and willing to expand his technical leadership competencies.Excited to see the future that we will build together!
