Provides clinical trial coordination support to Project Teams to ensure study objectives and timelines are met with quality, in compliance with applicable SOPs and regulatory guidelines. Center for Virology and Vaccine Research: Dolin-Seaman Laboratory • Coordinated Phase II/III efficacy trials of several major COVID-19 vaccines as a part of NIH Operation Warp Speed, working with three Boston-area hospitals to meet accelerated clinical trial deadlines. • Generated primary data and processed blood and mucosal samples in BL2+ laboratory for multiple COVID-19 and HIV-1 clinical trials, using tissue culture and laboratory techniques defined by the principles of Good Clinical Laboratory Practice. • Performed in-vitro cell-based neutralization assays in order to evaluate immune responses elicited by novel monoclonal antibodies for several pre-clinical projects funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.• Managed the storage and shipment of over 10,000 human serum, plasma, and saliva samples for Moderna’s Phase III COVID-19 vaccine efficacy trial, using the Preclarus Clinical Data Management system.
