“Love what you do and you’ll never work a day in your life.” Kyle joined the construction industry at age 18 as an Apprentice, studying at Swinburne. Becoming qualified, he very quickly moved into a management role and discovered his passion for lasting impact and leadership.His passion only strengthened, adopting the mantra; learn, grow and never give up. With ambitious targets in clear sight, Kyle found himself at the forefront of managing multi-million-dollar projects from start to end - resulting in a growing portfolio with over $100m of successfully completed projects.Leaving his senior leadership role with Figurehead and obtaining his Builders Practitioners Registration, Kyle moved out on his own. Founding Eltcon with his business partner Jared, he discovered the freedom to build for clients for whom the small details are most important.Wanting to ‘do things differently’ drives Kyle to push the boundaries of residential and commercial construction, delivering consistently high-end products with flair, rigorous quality control and a personal commitment not often found in builders. Developing strong client relationships underpinned by a deep understanding of their needs is the cornerstone of Eltcon’s success.
