I graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology with honours. During my studies, I gained valuable placement experience in aged care, private practice, and acute care settings, where I applied my knowledge and skills in exercise prescription, communication, and assessment. I am passionate about health and fitness, and I am always learning new things and staying up to date with the best evidence-based practice. My goal is to help people improve their quality of life through exercise.I completed my honours project on Type 2 Diabetes , Physical Function & quality of life & have an interest in cardiac rehab and metabolic conditions.
