I am a materials engineer passionate about the development of cutting edge materials for semiconductor processing and integrating sustainable practices into business practices.Currently, I am developing methods to rapidly screen alternate materials for etch products utilizing machine learning. As a part of the Lam Employee Sustainability Community leadership team, I co-lead a brainstorming team that targets new methods and technologies for reducing the environmental impact of semiconductor manufacturing. I also have led initiatives to drive recruitment (with a 100% increase in membership in 2 weeks) and helped manage a fireside chat with Lam’s Chief Communications Officer.I previously researched the synthesis and fundamental properties of nanoscale materials and help my group achieve its goals through technical expertise, expert communication, and experienced editing. I was the first member of my research group and assisted my PI in forming a lab which has currently grown to over a dozen members and has had many successful publicaitons in peer reviewed journals, including a Nature publication in 2019. This has helped me become a better mentor and collaborator. My accomplishments include coauthorship on several publications in peer reviewed journals and a patent.I enjoy cooking and various sports in my free time (soccer and volleyball are my favorite!)
Listed skills include Matlab, Powder X Ray Diffraction, Autocad, Solidworks, and 16 others.
