Tomson Burnham engages in real estate activities in the Willamette Valley as well as develop on-line tools to help consumers thinking about moving to Oregon identify what they want in a city and neighborhood and match the best cities and neighborhoods to their preferences. Kyle's responsibilities includes the development and project management of the Salem neighborhood quiz as well as relationship development with local employers looking to use the city and neighborhood quizzes in their own talent recruiting efforts.

Our new Crack the Books series of interactive textbooks features adjustable reading levels, giving teachers and schools unparalleled flexibility to accommodate the needs of all their students, from those with special needs to the most academically gifted.

NextDiggs has profiled every city in the United States with a population of 5000 or more in 32 categories and built a quiz to help consumers discover which cities are a match for them.Kyle is the CTO of NextDiggs and his responsibilities include: gathering city attribute data, developing the scoring algorithm, creating consumer reports, managing the rollout of NextDiggs.com, and corporate sales.

Kyle is the founder and president of MES Publishing LLC, an IOS app development company specializing in interactive science books for elementary aged children. MES Publishing's Crack the Books series of interactive science books were designed to nourish the curiosity of all kids, regardless of their reading ability.Adjustable reading levels allow parents and educators to customize each book to match the child, while hundreds of interactive activities help kids get excited about reading and learning. When kids can find answers to their questions by reading and experimenting, all within the same book, their understanding deepens, they stay engaged and they remember what they've learned.Developed in collaboration with universities that specialize in each topic, each book is based on current science and ideas, not science from decades ago. Our first series, the Habitats, is complete and ready for download. Crack The Books™ will soon cover a variety of topics, including earth habitats, geography, weather, physics, human body, US government, explorers, US history, US states and the solar system.

Primatics is a manufacturer of precision position stages for the semiconductor, electronics, and medical industries.Kyle is responsible for OEM sales development & distribution channel management. At the time of Kyle's start date, Primatics had no products or revenues. Within 6 years, Kyle had built a national distribution network and Primatics revenues exceeded 6 million per year. Primatics was eventually sold to Ascential Medical & Life Sciences.

Pacific Motion Group is a high tech distributor of electromechanical motion control products for factory automation. Kyle was responsible for motion control sales development in the Willamette Valley. At the time of Kyle's start date, Pacific Motion Group had no sales activity. Within 5 years, Kyle had built Oregon into a 5 million dollar territory and was awarded Parker Hannifin's top electromechanical sales engineer in North America.
