- Completed two deployments to the Arabian Gulf and Horn of Africa and was certified to stand all intelligence watch positions in Expeditionary Plot (EXPLOT) including Watch Officer and Watch Supervisor.- He acted as sole EXPLOT systems expert responsible for operating, loading, troubleshooting, and maintaining GCCS-M 3x, AIS, RADMERC, and ACDS.- He trained over 20 intelligence and cryptologic watch standers to stand EXPLOT watch and operate aforementioned mission essential systems and supervised Chaplains’ Division as Leading Petty Officer, Damage Control Petty Officer (DCPO), and Material Maintenance and Management (3M) Manager to successfully certify for deployment.- He developed and disseminated over 500 OPINTEL briefs forecasting major threats and geopolitical events to commands across C6F, HOA, and C5F AORs. He wrote all EXPLOT systems’ Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliance for deployment.- He researched and created first-ever comprehensive Horn of Africa intelligence brief as well as 17 JIPOE briefs covering threat perspective for countries throughout the Middle East.- He held multiple collateral duties including: Command Fitness Leader for Operations Department, OZ division DCPO and 3M manager for Joint Intelligence Center responsible for 30+ maintenance items, and Ship’s Self Defense Force Team Leader qualified for Security Reaction Force A and B.
