I have years of experience in the fields of fundraising and sales; both phone-driven and face-to-face. After working in the education field the last few years, I realized I missed the 'world' of sales. I am excited to embark on a new journey with Co-operators, growing and enhancing my own skills while meeting each client's insurance needs through exceptional, personalized sales and service.I have a passion for public speaking and presenting. I have always been a quick learner, and in many of my past positions have seen promotions to a coach or supervisor role fairly quickly. I recently passed the Insurance Institute of Canada's OTL Insurance Agent exam with a 95%, a top-tier grade amongst all candidates. I have always had an interest in the investment industry, I re-call reading the stock market section of the paper as a fairly young child! I am a big proponent of life long learning and professional development. Current goals include working towards my Chartered Insurance Professional designation, as well as completing the Canadian Investment Funds Course and Life License Qualification Program.
