My role at The Recruitment and Employment Bureau includes sourcing candidates for suitable positions within large businesses which involves a process of advertising, interviewing, and reference checking while ensuring the client feels confident in using our services. I oversee up to five hundred temporary workers, organising the workers hours and pay on a database, dealing with payroll inquiries and with any issues using a 24 hour mobile service, to ensure both the employees and clients are receiving the best service. Working in a multi-cultural environment and liaising with clients has developed by communication skills. I assist in generating new business by placing sales calls daily. I also monitor and update various job board websites and maintain stock controls.
