- Train and lead the global OBO (Operated by Others) Project Service (PS) Leads' efforts to track and report OBO well performance. Develop and maintain the methodologies for measuring OBO well progress and VOWD (Value of Work Done). Support the OBO Wells Team for raising FMs (Financial Memorandums) and AFEs (Authorization for Expenditure). Establish and manage an OBO well database and benchmarking efforts for use by the OBO Project General Managers and the OBO Wells Teams. Prepare, present and defend Wells Benchmarking Reports.- Manage and lead OBO Special Projects such as writing: a "3 Year Project Services Plan", "Best Practices and Standard OBO PS Deliverables" , OBO specific procedures including gap analysis and MOC documentation, OBO quartlerly Long Term Plan (LTP) reconcilliations, and documentation of key OBO PS processes such as VOWD, GFO (Group Financial Outlook) etc.

Project Management support for BP's Paleogene & OBO (Mars B, Freedom and Great White/Perdido) projects including development, assurance & reporting of the following: Work Breakdown Structure (WBS); Project Cost Estimating, Benchmarking & Engineering; Plan & Schedule; Risk Identification and Managment; Organizational Capability, Staff Planning & Management of Change (MOC); Information & Knowledge Management (KM); Project Reporting & Close-Out.Manage interface with partners as well as BP's FC&A and PSCM as needed. Attend and contribute to partner operated facilities meetings (floating systems and subsea), wells meetings and monthly management meetings. Additionally, I developed and coordinated the yearly Integrated Depletion Plan for BP's Great White / Perdido.
