I worked to provide a high level of customer service to a network of over 8,000 schools across the United States with their Technical Needs to implement the Programs offered by Project Lead The Way. I assisted Educators and IT Professionals at schools with installation, troubleshooting, and functional support. After teaching the courses in previous positions, I help educators with specific questions on how to use the different software utilized by PLTW.

I taugh middle school students the importance of technology and it's effect on our world, through a class called Gateway to Technology (PLTW). I also like to focus on the concept of digital citizenship with my students. I started and am the head coach of a VEX IQ robotics team.
