I am majoring in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and a minor in Business Analytics, while also pursuing Innovation & Entrepreneurship. Throughout my time at Western Colorado University, I’ve developed a diverse skill set in business strategy, leadership, and problem-solving. I’ve gained strong analytical skills through coursework focused on data-driven decision-making, learning how to interpret complex data and apply it to real-world business challenges. My experience managing teams and navigating leadership dynamics has sharpened my ability to work collaboratively and lead effectively. Additionally, hands-on projects, have taught me the importance of innovation, adaptability, and entrepreneurship in driving success in today’s evolving business landscape.I learned the foundations of leadership through the National Society of Leadership and Success. With these leadership skills, I co-founded and co-presided over a club basketball team during my third year, where I coordinated with other schools for games and led the team to compete in a tournament at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. In addition, I've been a practice player for the NCAA girls’ basketball team for four years, working closely with the coach to help prepare for their games. These experiences have taught me leadership, teamwork, and strategic thinking skills.Recently, I founded Trail Running Central (TRC), a hub connecting trail running coaches and athletes. My goal is to build TRC into a platform that combines endurance training with mental resilience development. Professor Visatacion and Western’s Entrepreneurship Program have been instrumental in helping me bring this vision to life.My diverse experiences, both in and out of the classroom, have prepared me to excel in fast-paced, evolving environments. As the founder of Trail Running Central (TRC), I’ve embraced innovation, leadership, and adaptability, learning to turn a vision into reality. I’ve fallen in love with the process of learning and overcoming challenges, which is integral to entrepreneurship. I’m excited to apply this mindset, combined with my analytical and strategic skills, to further build TRC and take on new ventures where I can make a meaningful impact.
