Promoted from Bosun after 1 month trial. Duties included Navigational watch and planning, maintaining all mini-ISM items. Maintenance of all bridge equipments and updates, and preparation for Flag and Class surveys. Assisting and guidance to deck team on Gel coat and teak repairs. Guest relations, outing and provision planning, beach setup and tender.

General maintenance of exterior, washdowns and guest set-up. Other duties included organisation of deck equipment, during the pre-launch period, line splicing and whipping, Awlfair repairs and Awlgrip paint repairs. Assisting in mooring, anchoring and tender launching (crane) procedures. Confident and competent tender driving ability on both stern drive.
