Systems Analyst
Current• Projects focused role with emphasis on deploying and supporting new technology to retail stores including computers, registers, servers, tablets, IT racks, cabling, network equipment, power management equipment, smart TV's, phones, etc.• Providing Tier 3 support to partners, clients, and managing ticket queue.• First-contact support to field technicians.• Software, hardware, electrical testing, and troubleshooting.• Customer service via phone, email, messaging apps, vendor-facing interfaces.• Analyzing problems on-the-fly and providing solutions, guidance, workarounds, and escalations.• Achievement: Mastery of every project within 3 months of joining team.• Training new analysts and helping others to succeed.• Skills used: TCP/IP Networking, Customer Service & Business Communication, Analysis and Decision Making, CLI's, Scripts, Hardware & Software Troubleshooting, ITSM, Communication, Project Management, Data management, Documentation, Fully Remote Support.
